Yes, for hygiene reasons we require towels to be used. If you forget yours, we will be happy to lend you one for CZK 20.

For safety reasons, we require clean indoor shoes.

In addition to using a towel and clean indoor shoes suitable for the gym, eating and consuming alcoholic drinks are prohibited in our gym.
